FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: roller to make cast-in-place piles includes a shaft with a tail and a tip installed coaxially with it, between which there are eccentric working elements arranged as turned in series around the longitudinal axis of the shaft in the form of two cylinders and truncated cones, longitudinal axes of symmetry of which are displaced in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the shaft, truncated cones are made with an evenly increasing diameter in direction from the tip to cylinders and from the tail to cylinders, the shaft is equipped with a cavity to supply mortar and radial outlet channels made with the increasing area of cross section in direction from the longitudinal axis of the shaft. Cylinders and truncated cones are made jointly with the shaft, besides, their longitudinal axes of symmetry are displaced in parallel to the longitudinal axis of the shaft rotation by a value equal to 0.1 of the cylinder diameter, and are serially turned relative to each other by 90. The shaft is made as hollow on a section limited with cylinders in the tail part. Radial channels are arranged in cylinders at the side of maximum displacement of the cylinder wall to the longitudinal axis of the shaft. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability of a roller, reduced labour inputs into its manufacturing and repair, higher efficiency in arrangement of cast-in-place piles. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
