FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, exercise therapy. Method includes load on back and shoulder girdle muscles by doing complex of special physical exercises, which consists of three stages and massage procedures. Intermuscular coordination is corrected and strength endurance is trained. First stage includes 4 exercises for stretching pectoral muscles, formation of biomechanical correct movement with conscious control of work of muscles in combination with massage techniques for correction of thoracic kyphosis and lumbosacral lordosis. Second stage includes 5 exercises for development of strength endurance of muscles, which support natural spinal curvatures, fixation of intermuscular coordination, development of will abilities for control of natural body position in space, in combination with massage impact in trained muscles for relief of excessive tension of overstrained muscles and stimulation of abdominal muscles. Third stage consists of 6 exercises for supporting static balance between flexors and extensors of trunk, training strength endurance and active control over position of body and its separate parts in space, in combination with massage for activation of lymph- and blood blow in working muscles, relief of excessive tension, relaxation of muscles, stimulation of muscles supporting body position in space. ^ EFFECT: method ensures safe increase of child's functional possibilities and training strength endurance of body-supporting muscles in patients of said group. ^ 2 ex |
