Proposed mandrel comprises conical part, tie rod and fit washer with point for tool clamping arranged at tie rod top section. Point is jointed with tie rod. Key and thrust washer are fitted on mandrel taper section end. Composite tie rod is thread-jointed with point via wearing ring allows adjusting its length. ^ EFFECT: faster tool replacement. ^ 1 dwg
