FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: hammer tamper is designed to compact soil foundations by the impact method with a falling hammer for construction of buildings and structures. The tamper comprises a rotary lifting and lowering mechanism of a tamping hammer, a wheel chassis to install the specified mechanism, a tamping weight is arranged in the form of a hammer head. The hammer handle with its beginning is hingedly fixed to the specified mechanism. In process of tamping cycle the system centre of gravity does not reach beyond the support area contour. ^ EFFECT: reduction of cycle time, a weight will not swing, reduced weight of a mechanism, reduced overall height of a tamper at the same height of weight lifting, improved aiming of weight discharge. ^ 2 dwg |
