Proposed plant comprises preprocessing element with air saturator, fluid flow damper, element for pre-cleaning of coarse impurities, roughing element with flow damper, bacteriological processing element, element for removing extraneous oils, element for removing coarse admixtures, finishing element with ozonator, element for removing nonmagnetic impurities, element for removing ferromagnetic impurities and element for removing residual fine admixtures. Processing is performed in one step and requires no extra cleaners. Said plant may incorporate one to ten precleaners.
