FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and devices easing or regulating granular material unloading from cars, namely using vibration device. The essence of invention consists in that before switching on vibration machine (3), n multi-component accelerometres (4) are installed on load-bearing structures and lining of car body (5). Signals from each of n accelerometres (4) simultaneously enter interrogator (6) from outputs of which signals are transmitted to data comparator (7). In the data comparator (7), signals are compared with programmed standard parameters. When any of accelerometre (4) signal exceeds standard parameter the comparator (7) transmits this signal to regulator (8) of vibration machine (3) operating mode which regulator automatically corrects operating mode of vibration machine (3). ^ EFFECT: invention is focused on providing integrity of cars during unloading granular materials from them. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
