METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PNEUMATIC RIMLESS WHEEL FOR TRANSPORT FACILITY

FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light off-road transport facilities and is intended for manufacturing pneumatic wheels for moving over marshlands, sandy grounds and loose (including snow-covered) terrains. The method consists in mounting meridional reinforcing belts on toroidal balloon made of gas-proof elastic material; connecting the belts with wheel hub by flexible spokes and filling balloon with gas to permissible pressure. Flexible spokes made as one-fourth of endless threads are fixed on wheel hub by kinking threads in halves and on balloon's reinforcing belts - by ends in V-shaped set. ^ EFFECT: reducing labour consumption and improving fabricability of rimless wheel manufacturing. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg
