FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials, particularly to production heat-insulating filler and aggregates for concrete, warm plasters, ceramics etc. The method involves continuous feeding of granular crystalline glass powder, ground together with carbon black, into the jet of a gas burner of a mould, cooling the moulded particles in a gas-air stream, separating said particles from the gas-air stream in separators and dividing the moulded particles into fractions. The crystalline glass used is glass ceramic or foamed glass wastes.
