<p>Disclosed is a method for realizing nursing and alarming using mobile terminals, including: a main mobile terminal and a secondary mobile terminal performing a pairing operation with each other (101); after the pairing is successful, the secondary mobile terminal notifying the main mobile terminal of the detected location information thereabout regularly (102), or notifying the main mobile terminal of the detected location information thereabout after receiving a query request sent by the main mobile terminal; and after receiving the location information sent by the secondary mobile terminal, the main mobile terminal calculating the distance therebetween, an alarm being raised if the distance therebetween is greater than a preset distance. Also correspondingly disclosed is a device for realizing nursing and alarming using mobile terminals. By way of the present invention, parents can realize the object of looking after the children simply by using common mobile terminals, and can quickly find the children according to the specific location queried.
