The coil turn axis of primary-side coil elements (L11, L12) and that of secondary-side coil elements (L21, L22) are a common coil turn axis (AX). The primary-side coil elements and secondary-side coil elements are arranged such that there exist two or more boundaries between the primary-side coil elements (L11, L12) and the secondary-side coil elements (L21, L22) on the common coil turn axis (AX). The turn directions and connection directions of the primary-side coil elements (L11, L12) and secondary-side coil elements (L21, L22) are fixed such that the mutual inductions between the primary-side coil elements (L11, L12) and the secondary-side coil elements (L21, L22) cause the directions of magnetic fluxes generated by the primary-side coil elements (L11, L12) to be opposite to the directions of magnetic fluxes generated by the secondary-side coil elements (L21, L22).
