<p>Disclose are a method and primer for detection of miRNA, the method comprising: reverse transcription of miRNA in a sample with a reverse transcription primer consisting of specific bases and Oligo (dT), prior to real-time PCR quantitative detection of miRNA with the specific upstream primer, general downstream primer and general probe. The present invention has higher sensitivity and specificity than conventional methods, has high throughput for analysis, and can be widely applied to early diagnosis and prognosis of dreadful diseases such as tumors.</p> |
