<p>Provided are: a resin composition which has excellent adhesion to bases under wet heat conditions; a two-pack type adhesive for laminates, which contains the resin composition; a multilayer film which has a layer that is composed of the adhesive; and a back sheet for solar cells. The resin composition contains, as essential components, (A) a polyester polyurethane polyol which has a branched structure in each molecule, while having a weight average molecular weight (Mw) within the range from 25,000 to 200,000 and a molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) within the range from 2.5 to 25, (B) a hydroxyl group-containing epoxy resin which has a number average molecular weight (Mn) within the range from 300 to 5,000, (C) a hydroxyl group-containing polycarbonate resin which has a number average molecular weight (Mn) within the range from 300 to 3,000, and (D) a polyisocyanate.</p> |
