<p>The present invention relates to a flowmeter for a valve remote control system (VRCS), formed between a hydraulic power pack and a valve actuator, for detecting the flow of hydraulic power, and comprises: a rotor formed inside a fluid tube connecting the hydraulic power pack and the valve actuator, for rotating according to the flow of the fluid; a sensor for detecting the amount of rotation and the direction of the rotor, and delivering same as an electric signal; and a signal processor for receiving the signal of the sensor, analyzing the complete reverse direction and the flow rate of the fluid, and outputting opening/closing information of the valve actuator, wherein the signal processor, when a lack of drive within an error range previously set is detected within a fixed period of time, after the opening/closing drive of the valve actuator, interprets the lack of the drive as a noise due to an output error of the hydraulic power pack, and forcibly zero-point adjusts same to a stationary state. The present invention removes an accumulated error generated from the temperature change inside a hydraulics line and the hydraulic power pack, thereby enabling a flowmeter for a VRCS to carry out an automatic zero-point adjustment.</p> |
