<p>An outer tank (9) is equipped with an outer cover (9a) provided with a water pathway member (50). The water pathway member (50) is configured so that tap water is supplied from a water supply unit. In the water pathway member (50), side surface water-sprinkling openings (50b1), which sprinkle water indirectly on the outer margin of a balance ring (8c) of a washing and dehydrating tank (8), and bottom surface water-sprinkling openings (50a1), which sprinkle water on the upper side surfaces of the balance ring (8c), are formed. Tap water sprinkled on the outer margin of the balance ring (8c) is spun onto the inner surface (9s) of the outer tank (9) by centrifugal force during rotation of the washing and dehydrating tank (8). Tap water hitting the inner surface (9s) flows down the inner surface (9s) as a result of the effect of gravity.</p> |
