PURPOSE: A traffic control system including an LED device and solar panel is provided to reduce power consumption by using the LED device and solar panel. CONSTITUTION: A traffic control system includes an LED device and a solar panel. A lane change sensor(10) detects other vehicles appeared on a reference line. The lane change sensor is attached on the side of a vehicle. A lane change module(20) controls the vehicle to change the lane according to information from the lane change sensor. An image module(50) generates image information and includes a communication module installed on a road.
