The invention relates to a device for DC/DC conversion in the on board network of a vehicle. This device comprises at least two differentiated DC/DC converters (20, 21), identical from a hardware and software point of view and disposed in parallel and linked to a supervisor by a communication system, with symmetric wiring at input and at output. The invention also relates to a method of conversion implementing this device.
