The conductive film (22) is constituted of printed layers (32) formed by printing one or more times on the surface of the ceramic substrate (20), and the number of laminations of printed layers (32) formed in the heat dissipating parts (24) is greater than or equal to the number of laminations of the printed layers (32) constituting the isolating parts (26).</p> |
