<p>Provided are a method and a device for detecting the state of a power storage device, capable of highly accurately determining the charging/discharging history of the power storage device. In the method, after charging and discharging are stopped, a probe pulse is applied to a battery (10) in step (S6), and in steps (S9 to S11), an OCV measured value is time-integrated to calculate an OCV integral value (Sts1_ts2). In step (S12), the OCV at time (tc) is measured and set as an OCV_base. In step (S13), an OCV-change integral value (DSts1_ts2) is calculated from the OCV integral value (Sts1_ts2) and the OCV_base. In step (S14), the charging/discharging history of the battery (10) is determined based on the prestored charging/discharging history determination values (Th1, Th2).</p> |
