Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a method, system and device for configuring and determining uplink cyclic shift hopping, so as to configure the uplink cyclic shift hopping for a user equipment. A method for configuring uplink cyclic shift hopping according to an embodiment of the present application comprises: a network side determining configuration information of uplink cyclic shift hopping of a user equipment; and the network side sending the configuration information of the uplink cyclic shift hopping to the user equipment. The uplink cyclic shift hopping configuration can be sent to the user equipment, and therefore, the uplink cyclic shift hopping can be configured for the user equipment.
