PURPOSE: A universal motion controller is provided to easily control a scroll and to move and rotate objects in a three-dimensional space during a three-dimensional graphic work. CONSTITUTION: A universal motion controller comprises first and second motion sensing units, one or more wheel driving units(131-137), a button unit a(151), and a button unit b(161). The first and second motion sensing units are respectively arranged in one side and the other side of the bottom surface of the controller. The first motion sensing unit generates X-axis and Y-axis motion signals of a two-dimensional plane in a mechanical device. The second motion sensing unit generates two-dimensional rotation signals in the mechanical device with motion signals of the first motion sensing unit. One or more wheel driving units generate the motion signals for controlling one or more components of the mechanical device. The button unit a and b generate first and second selecting signals for executing first and second functions selected by users.
