<p>The present invention provides a method and a device for cyclic redundancy check of a transmission block. The method is applied in the LTE and comprises: performing transmission block detection on code blocks in a transmission block in turn and acquiring intermediate information corresponding to each code block; and checking raw data of a correct code block by replacing CRC24B with the intermediate information, so as to complete CRC check of the transmission block. Through the present invention, the power consumption can be reduced.</p>
