CEMENT COMPOSITION USING HALLOYSITUM RUBRUM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MATERIALS FOR CONSTRUCTION

PURPOSE: A cement composition using halloysitum rubrum, a manufacturing method thereof and interior and exterior decorative materials for construction using the same are provided to enhance deodorization effects and to neutralize cement toxicity. CONSTITUTION: A cement composition using halloysitum rubrum contains 10-60 parts by weight of Halloysitum rubrum based on 100 parts by weight of the cement. A manufacturing method of the cement composition using Halloysitum rubrum comprises the following steps: pulverizing the halloysitum rubrum into particle sizes of 10-30 meshes and sintering at 200-900 deg. Celsius; pulverizing the sintered Halloysitum rubrum into particle sizes of 100-200 meshes; and mixing 10-60 parts by weight of the Halloysitum rubrum based on 100 parts by weight of the cement. The Halloysitum rubrum contains 25.64 wt% of silicon oxide, 31.71 wt% of aluminium oxide, 0.30 wt% of potassium oxide, 0.17 wt% of sodium oxide, 0.40 wt% of calcium oxide, 0.28 wt% of magnesium oxide, 37.65 wt% of iron oxide, 0.13 wt% of manganese oxide, and 31.71 wt% of titanium oxide.
