PURPOSE: A closed cable TV for a ship in which a polarization film is attached is provided to attach a polarization film to a back side of a transparent window, thereby reducing degradation of picture quality photographed in a camera module. CONSTITUTION: A case(110) comprises an internal space including a camera module(120) and a transparent window(114) in a front side. A polarization film(130) is attached to a back side of the transparent window and reduces intensity of light incident from a surface of the sea. The case comprises the back side fixed on a structure. The back side inclines to a constant angle from an upper side to a lower side.
