The process comprises machining a region of a first face of a blank so as to form a first face of a part, covering the machined region of the first face of the part made of a reinforcement material, machining a region of a second face of the blank so as to form a second face of the part, and eliminating the reinforcement material present on the first face of the part. The part comprises a sheet having a first face and a second face that is opposite to the first face, and has a thickness of 1-5 mm. The first face of the part has concavity and the second face of the part has convexity. The process comprises machining a region of a first face of a blank so as to form a first face of a part, covering the machined region of the first face of the part made of a reinforcement material, machining a region of a second face of the blank so as to form a second face of the part, and eliminating the reinforcement material present on the first face of the part. The part comprises a sheet having a first face and a second face that is opposite to the first face, and has a thickness of 1-5 mm. The first face of the part has concavity and the second face of the part has convexity. The reinforcement material: is disposed at a level of the first face so as to partially fill the concavity; is a water-soluble wax whose elimination is carried out by washing with an acidic aqueous solution; is a resin whose elimination is carried out by combustion; is disposed on the first face of the part in liquid, viscous or paste form; and partially covers the first face of the part out of the machined region. The step of machining the second face of the blank comprises drilling an opening through the part. The opening has a shape of round or ovoid or elongated shape. |
