Modified atomic force microscope tip (AFM tip) comprises: a surface covalently grafted by phosphor dendrimers having a central core of valence greater than or equal to 2 and comprising, at their periphery, several terminal functions F1 allowing the fixing dendrimers covalently on the surface, and the covalent fixing of biomolecules of interest on the dendrimers. Independent claims are included for: (1) preparing an AFM tip comprising: forming a covalent bond between the phosphorus dendrimers and a surface of the AFM tip having at least one function F2 capable of allowing the covalent fixing of the dendrimers on the surface; (2) biomodified AFM tip comprising at least one modified AFM tip comprising at least one surface covalently grafted by phosphorus dendrimers, and on which biomolecules of interest are fixed covalently; and (3) preparing modified AFM tip comprising: contacting modified AFM tip, a buffer solution containing biomolecules of interest previously functionalized by, or already comprising one or more F3 functions to form a covalent bond with the terminal functions F1 of dendrimers. |
