The present invention relates to a four-way lumbar support assembly. The four-way lumbar support assembly according to the present invention is provided at a seat back frame inside a vehicle seat and supports the back and waist of a passenger to reduce fatigue while a vehicle is driven, and includes a fixed wire provided at the seat back frame, a cross wire combined with an upper end of the fixed wire, a comfort mat provided at the cross wire which allows rotation of an upper end thereof and supports the back of the passenger, a rotating means provided at the fixed wire and rotates a lower end of the comfort mat towards the back of the passenger, and a lifting means provided at a predetermined distance from one side of the fixed wire and lifts the rotating means according to the height of the fixed wire.
