PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of soap using breast milk is provided to obtain excellent cleaning and moisturizing effect without stimulation to skin and to provide a soap using breast milk with excellent anti-oxidant, anti-allergic, and immunizing effects. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of soap using breast milk comprises: a first step(S1) manufacturing oil phase manufacturing oil phase; a second step(S2) manufacturing milk-sugar solution; a third step(S3) of manufacturing milk-potassium hydroxide solution; a fourth step(S4) inserting the oil phase and the milk-potassium hydroxide solution into a mixer and conducting saponification; a fifth step(S5) putting the milk-sugar solution into the outcome, and preparing a soft milk soap through a stirring; a sixth step(S6) putting the soft milk soap into an airtight container, and measuring the soft milk soap at room temperature.
