Two switches (50, 51) are respectively arranged at lower and upper ends of a contactor (30) that is integrated in the projecting element to ensure electrical supply to the panels via the flank when a handle is locked. A spring (56) is mounted on a rod (54) and inserted between a head (55) and a lower end of a barrel (53). The rod passes through the switch. An upper end of the projecting element extends as a truncated cone (31).
