<p>This microscope device has: an image-forming optical system for observing a sample; a light source that irradiates the sample with excitation light; and an observing unit for observing a fluorescence image in an observation region of the sample, said fluorescence image having been formed by means of the image-forming optical system. Furthermore, the microscope device is provided with: a first fluorescence image generating unit, which generates the fluorescence image in the observation region as a low-resolution fluorescence image; a second fluorescence image generating unit, which generates the fluorescence image in the observation region as a high-resolution fluorescence image; and a noise removing unit, which removes noise of the high-resolution fluorescence image on the basis of the low-resolution fluorescence image.</p> |
