<p>Disclosed is a domain antibody (dAb) that binds to CD28 and prevents the binding of CD28 to CD80 and/or CD86, wherein said dAb does not cross-react with CTLA4. Also disclosed is the use of the domain antibody (dAb) for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of a patient, wherein the patient has or is at risk of having an immune disease.</p>
