PURPOSE: A cable drum device is provided to adjust a position of a cable drum in a drum shaft by using a positioned, thereby regularly maintaining an interval between a center hole of the cable drum and the drum shaft with a position fixing member. CONSTITUTION: A cable drum device comprises a roller assembly(60), a cable drum(2), and a positioned(53). The roller assembly is assembled by a fork of a fork lifter. The height of the roller assembly is adjusted by moving up and down the fork. A cable(4) is reeled in the cable drum. The cable drum is supported in the roller assembly to be rotated while having a drum shaft(50) as a medium.
