The invention relates to a heat-exchange device (1) for a reversible thermoelectric heat pump, which is connected to two heat-exchange circuits (C1, C2), and which comprises a thermoelectric unit (10) including: first, second, and third heat-exchange plates (11, 12, 13), the second plate being arranged between the first plate and the third plate; a first CEP group (21) for transferring the heat between the first plate (11) and the second plate (12); and a second CEP group (22) for transferring the heat between the third plate (13) and the second plate (12). The second heat-exchange plate has at least one inner channel (31) in which a heat-transport fluid of one of the circuits can flow, at least one valve (v3-v4, v9-v10) being specifically associated with said heat-exchange plate (12) and making it possible to selectively control or stop the flow of the heat-transport fluid within said inner channel.
