PURPOSE: A service mediation system based on location and a method thereof are provided to directly connect a driver to a client without a mediation agency, thereby enabling the driver and client to check a location and a service progressing situation of each other in real time. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal(10) transmits service request signals to an operator server(100). The client terminal displays optimized service information and service progressing information and transmits/receivers to the operator server. A service provider terminal(20) receives the service information from the operator server and transmits service execution information. The service provider terminal transmits/receivers the service progressing information to the operator server about the service request signals.
