LIGHT EXTRACTION LAYER FOR OLED AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A light extraction layer for an organic electro luminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify manufacturing process by forming texturing on the surface of an oxide thin film. CONSTITUTION: An oxide thin film(100) is formed on a substrate(11). The oxide thin film has a wide band gap having the size more than 2.8eV. Texturing is formed on the surface of the oxide thin film through normal pressure chemical vapor deposition reaction. The oxide thin film has a refractive index higher than the substrate. The texturing is formed into one type which is selected among stick type, half hexagon type, random type, and hexagonal prism type.
