HIGH-PRESSURE VESSEL MADE OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS

The high-pressure vessel comprises a neck in at least one of the bases, a thin-walled hermetic liner made of stainless steel and an external heavy-duty casing which is made of composite material and is formed by a combination of casing layers consisting of groups of bands oriented along the surface of the liner in geodesic directions with reinforcing material threads arranged therein being at various angles and having various linear densities. The casing layers are embedded one into another. The first of the casings from the neck to the second casing is the surface of a geodesic isotensoid, and subsequent casings along sections of the polar openings in said casings coincide with a smooth surface of specified shape. The technical result of the invention is an increase in strength and reliability at a minimal mass under extreme loads.
