METHOD for MANUFACTURING magnetic field on the basis of thin films of indium antimonide

A method for manufacturing magnetic field on the basis of thin films of indium antimonide, according to which the geometric configuration of the magnetic sensor is created on the finished film and the electrodes are applied by chemical or electrochemical method, to electrodes which copper wire is soldered. The film with the soldered copper wire is placed in a vacuum chamber, evacuated, heated, cooled and maintained.
