PURPOSE: A prison van equipped with sliding shackles is provided to tie the ankles of criminals seating on a chair fixed in an escort room at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A prison van equipped with sliding shackles comprises a seat, supports, a fixture, a slide bar, fixing units, moving units, and a locking unit. The seat is formed in an escort room(102). Supports support the seat by being fixed on the bottom of the seat. The fixture is located in the longitudinal direction of the seat and fixed in the supports. The slide bar is moved long the longitudinal direction of the fixture. The fixing unit is fixed in the fixture and comprises a groove for enclosing one side of the ankle of a criminal. The moving unit is fixed in the slide bar and comprises a groove for enclosing the other side of the ankle of a criminal. The locking unit locks the slide bar and the fixing unit when the units enclosing the ankle of a criminal.
