<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening band by which a fastening force is evenly acted, and fastening work and removing work are easily performed when a flat-shaped object to be fastened is surrounded in a track shape and fastened by a belt-like band member. <P>SOLUTION: A fastening band 1 is wound by overlapping the inner peripheral side band portion surrounded in a track shape by a metal belt-like band member 2 and the outer band portion in the outer periphery of the inner peripheral side.
