摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film for improving generating efficiency of a thin film solar cell by increased return light to a photoelectric conversion layer, since reflected light on a transparent conductive film-photoelectric conversion layer interface increases by enlarging a difference between the refraction factor of the transparent conductive film and the refraction factor of the photoelectric conversion layer, as for a composition for the transparent conductive film used in a wet coating method for a thin film solar cell, and the transparent conductive film manufactured by the composition, and a transparent conductive film composition capable of forming the transparent conductive film. <P>SOLUTION: This composition for the transparent conductive film for the thin film solar cell contains conductive oxide particles and a binder cured by heating, and the binder contains organotrialkoxysilane expressed by the general formula (1): R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>Si(OR<SP POS="POST">2</SP>)<SB POS="POST">3</SB>(in the formula, R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>, R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>are specific hydrocarbon groups), and/or the hydrolysate thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
