<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled resin manufacturing method that prevents a decrease of a property value of a recycled resin associated with mixture of foreign matter, by preventing the mixture of the foreign matter, when producing the recycled resin from a waste resin. <P>SOLUTION: The recycled resin manufacturing method includes: sorting a molded waste resin product; pulverizing the sorted molded waste resin product into resin flakes; processing the pulverized resin flakes with a recycled resin step having at least a cleaning step, a separation step, a drying step, a classifying step, and a pelletizing step; and manufacturing the recycled resin. The classifying step uses a classifying device with a physical field application device, which is obtained by combining a wind force with other physical field, inside a classifying field, wherein a content rate of oligomer of the recycled resin is ≤1 mass%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
