<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a solar cell having a selective emitter structure which enables the reduction of man hours and the efficient manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a solar cell 31 includes: a step where a first emitter layer 6 where a dopant is diffused and an anti-reflection coat 7 including the dopant are formed by applying a compound including the dopant and a solution including at least a titanium-based compound to a surface serving as a light receiving surface of a silicon substrate 1 and performing heat treatment; and a step where laser light is radiated on the anti-reflection coat 7 to form a second emitter layer 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
