<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protection sheet for a solar cell, having very high moisture-proof properties and improved sealability in the vacuum lamination of a moisture proof film comprising a resin composition containing a cyclic olefin-based polymer. <P>SOLUTION: This surface protection sheet for the solar cell has (1) the moisture proof film comprising the resin composition containing the cyclic olefin-based polymer and having melt viscosity of more than or equal to 2,000 Pa S and less than 15,000 Pa s at 150°C when measured at a frequency of 1 Hz, and having water vapor transmission rate (WTR(A)) of 1.0 [g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/day] or less at 40°C and 90%RH, and (2) a moisture proof film having an inorganic thin film layer on one side of a base film, and water vapor transmission rate (WTR(B)) the value of which is 10% or less of that of the moisture proof film (1) comprising the resin composition containing the cyclic olefin-based polymer at 40°C and 90%RH. The moisture proof film (1) and the moisture proof film (2) are laminated through an adhesive in the surface protection sheet for the solar cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
