<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method and apparatus that can induce within a short time a uniform state of the high pressure in the mold by using hydraulic pressure or the vapor pressure head. <P>SOLUTION: The molding method includes : a hydraulic pressure or vapor pressure generator; a step that fixes a molding in a mold of a molding apparatus including the mold communicated with the above generator; a step that generates hydraulic pressure or vapor pressure by the hydraulic pressure or vapor pressure generator, and injects the pressure into the mold; and a step that molds the molding fixed to the mold by the use of the pressure generated by the hydraulic pressure or the vapor pressure. Also, a molding apparatus used with the method is provided. According to this method and this apparatus, the molding of an undercut part and the parts for which delicate moldings are needed of a difficult embodiment in an existing vacuum forming technique etc. can be made, and the point that the problems such as thickness deviation and occurrence of bleaching after the molding can be solved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
