<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sustained release particles superior in sustained release property, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a first step for forming a core containing a polymer of an anti-biotic active compound and a polymerizable vinyl monomer by subjecting a first component containing the anti-biotic active compound and the polymerizable vinyl monomer to suspension polymerization, and a second step for forming a shell for coating the core by subjecting a second component containing a shell forming component to interfacial polymerization. In the second step, the interfacial polymerization is started simultaneously with start of the suspension polymerization in the first step. or started after start of the suspension polymerization in the first step, to thereby obtain the sustained release particle including the core containing the anti-biotic active compound and the shell for coating the core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
