<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet which can easily be cut by a human hand and from the cut surface of which the cut end of a flat yarn constituting a flat yarn cloth is rarely projected. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated sheet A comprises the flat yarn cloth 1 and surface layers which are laminated integrally on both surfaces of the flat yarn cloth 1 and each of which includes a polyethylene resin. The flat yarn cloth 1 includes: a first flat yarn row 1A formed by juxtaposing flat yarns 1a each including the polyethylene resin; and a second flat yarn row 1B formed by juxtaposing flat yarns 1b each including the polyethylene resin in such a manner that the flat yarn 1b of the second flat yarn row 1B has a crossing with that 1a of the first flat yarn row 1A, and is formed by integrating the crossings of the flat yarns 1a, 1b with one another.
