<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent a human error when checking operation of equipment installed in a facility such as a power plant. <P>SOLUTION: A door switch 16 of a circuit breaker 10 detects the opening/closing operation of a door, and supplies an opening/closing signal Sb to an information processor 30. A voltage detection relay 14 of the circuit breaker 10 detects the ON or OFF operation of a power supply switch 12, and supplies a detection signal Sa to the information processor 30. A CPU 32 of the information processor 30 determines whether or not opening/closing information based on the opening/closing signal Sb fetched from a door switch 16 and power source information based on the detection signal Sa fetched from a voltage detection relay 14 are identical to a state in a normal operation read from a ROM 40. When the door switch 16 is in an ON state, and the power source information is in an OFF state, the CPU 32 determines that an operator has forgotten to turn on a power supply switch after the end of an operation, and displays the equipment number of the pertinent equipment on the screen of a display device 50 so that the operator can be warned that the checking operation has not normally ended. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
