<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electro-optical device capable of accurately positioning a dust proofing member with respect to an electro-optical panel. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electro-optical device includes: a first step for inserting an electro-optical panel into a jig frame 200; a second step for inserting a spacer 400 having an opening 401 into the jig frame 200 and disposing the spacer 400 on the electro-optical panel; a third step for disposing an adhesive member 410 on a portion of the electro-optical panel exposed from the opening 401 of the spacer 400; a fourth step for fitting a dust proofing member 30 into the opening 401 of the spacer 400; and a fifth step for pressing the dust proofing member 30 toward the electro-optical panel and hardening the adhesive member 410. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
