The component has actuating elements (2) aligned parallel to a longitudinal axis of plate-like elements. Fixing members (3) are movable by reduction of tensile force of the actuating elements and pressing force of a pressure spring element (4) against flange-shaped projections of the plate-like elements with electric voltage applied to electrodes (2.2) of the actuating elements, where the electric voltage exceeds threshold value. The actuating elements are arranged between the plate-like elements. A force-fit and/or positive connection is produced between the plate-like elements.
