<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cultivated crop capable of suppressing insolubilization of a heavy metal element in a culture solution while performing sterilization by ultraviolet irradiation, and to provide an additive for a circulating liquid culture medium. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the cultivated crop includes a step of supplying the culture solution containing the heavy metal element to an object to be cultured along with circulating them and a step of sterilizing by irradiating the culture solution with ultraviolet light. The irradiation of the ultraviolet light is performed in a state where a phosphoric acid-based chelating agent is contained in the culture solution. The additive is made of the phosphoric acid-based chelating agent and used for addition to the circulating liquid culture medium to which the sterilization by the ultraviolet irradiation is applied. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
