<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling truck being miniaturized and capable of improving the working efficiency by making the parts assembling work to be performed in a comfortable working position. <P>SOLUTION: This assembling truck 10 including a tractor 30 to be driven by a motor 33 includes: wheels 12a and 12b provided in lower four corners of a lateral frame 11a of the truck; a clamp part 20 which holds a work W on an upper side of the lateral frame 11a; a battery 31 which drives the motor 33; and a control device 40 which controls drive of the tractor 30. The clamp part 20 is disposed so that a center of gravity position C of the work W in a state of holding the work W is positioned outside of an interval T between the wheels. The battery 31 is disposed on the lateral frame 11a on a side opposite to the work W, which is held by the clamp part 20, relative to a fixed part 20a of the clamp part 20.
